Regina leads the Analytics and Diagnostics product team in the Cisco Collaboration Business Unit which focuses on providing IT Administrators key business insight for driving adoption, ensuring quality of service and optimizing resources for collaboration deployments. Regina is a long-time Cisco veteran with over 10 years with Cisco and over 20 years in the collaboration space coming with experience from Genesys, Alcatel and ShoreTel.
